The 36-stores chain covering five different governorates, Metro, had gone through a recent brand face-lift and renovation. This included one of its oldest branches in Musaddak, serving a wide range of customers in downtown and Mohandessin areas. Located in Giza, part of the global Sky Investments, and known for their rich legacy between the telecommunication entities. Sky Distribution assigned us for a very special office space, to widen its capacity. The 200 m2 office space was designed to fit in 40 employees with two meeting rooms. The execution had to be flawless to allow for full functionality. With a complete transparent glass theme, aiming for transparency (while preserving privacy), as well as, expansion of space, this project presented a challenge. It was delivered before deadline with few hinderances and plenty of praise.

Building another showroom among their 75 branches, B.Tech MegaStore at mall of Egypt had to be something special. We proudly built signage in high quality post form, tailored furniture and all the construction. The 692 m² retail store had a very tight schedule, with the project to be completed concurrently with the grand opening of Mall Of Egypt. As with most of our clients the furniture was custom made by our company to fit the proposed design. The signage was made from high-quality post-form and installed utilizing an iron sub-ceiling of two layers to handle the weight of the material. In addition, the interior was covered matching the exterior guaranteeing the continuity and richness of the gallery. Works also Included but were not limited to; HVAC, Fire Alarm System, Data System, Plumbing (inhouse) , shutter doors, Flooring, Electricity (inhouse), and gypsum board cladding.

The store presented with the design and the execution of the exterior facade back painted glass criteria where the shop’s outstanding grey and black interior can be seen from across both sides of the hall. Premeditated that the unification of the products and the interior design cooperated with each other. Apart from the obstacles faced , it was made sure that the shop was delivered on time as guaranteed.
