The challenge with the three-month project was to build a 4-floor store for Raya. We were assigned to plan and execute the project. And after the civil inspection and report conducted, we were able to deliver a fully integrated solution, including signage, tempered glass façade, 4-floors staircase built from scratch and all fit-out and decor. The 4 floor 600 m2 retail store possesses a 12mm tempered glass Façade of almost 10 meters in height. The staircase in this gallery had to be made from scratch, therefore, after the civil inspection & report conducted by our company the entire staircase covering 4 floors was manufactured on site using iron composite sections due to the time constraint. The project has been a hallmark of the street as the signage can be observed miles ahead from each direction, especially at night. The most recent branch for the largest trading and distributing chain, B.Tech, is established in the all-new City Centre - Almaza. It’s becoming one of the key favoured destinations for shopping and entertainment in Heliopolis. The 400 m2 store located in the revolutionary City Center Almaza, this project needed to live up to the hype of its new home. A seamless façade design accompanied by a distinguished interior design transcend this project to being more than just a gallery.

The store was designed and executed based on a European style guideline, which included architectural and furniture works. The gallery is two stories high and had to have a stair case demolished and re-built, which was done using iron sections and covered in marble afterwards. Works also Included but were not limited to; HVAC, Fire Alarm System, Data System, Plumbing (inhouse) , shutter doors, Flooring, Electricity (inhouse), furniture production and installation, and gypsum board cladding.

The project spanning 650 m² was completed in two months with all finishing works concluded. El Araby group expands its exposure to open a branch in City Stars mall. Covering 490 m², LEVEL ONE GROUP were able to hand over the project in 3 months. Covering 490 m², El Araby’s (Toshiba) was finished in 3 months, with the ceiling in particular requiring special attention due to the connection between the lighting fixtures and the ceiling grooves. The furniture was also custom made by our company while the finishing quality was, as usual, up to the standards of a mall like city stars. One of the leading fashionable leather producers in town, Choice, trusted us with their brand new branch in City Stars mall. In two months, LEVEL ONE GROUP were able to hand over Choice store giving it a prestigious wooden feel associated with the items being sold which was necessary to appeal to the customer. The furniture production and installation in Choice were of a special nature as the wooden theme of the furniture would suggest. Manufactured and installed by our company, the feel of prestige associated with the items being sold was necessary to appeal to the customers of the brand. The Mall of Egypt Raya store was finished with the highest quality of materials and workers. The project was delivered to the standard of Majid Al Futaim consultants.

Located in the mall strip, Raya store had been revamped by Level One Group to stay ahead of competition with seamless design and quality of material. Located at the vibrant concord mall strip, Raya concord rivals its famed neighbors with its seamless design and quality of materials.

A one of a kind collaboration between Raya and Samsung gave this store a special flavor in every detail, raising the standards in the business and introducing a new definition of joint stores interior. A collaboration between Samsung and Raya, this shop had to show the grandiose nature of the partnership. The design and the execution of the exterior façade had to be up to the standard reflecting these two companies. The interior was no small task either, with several complications arising with re-enforcement and tight spaces. The store was delivered on schedule presenting a new standard in the business.

The well known tech manufacturer, Samsung, paced to open its newest branch in the all-new City Center - Almaza. Inspired by Majid Al Futtaim designs, in two months, we delivered a Samsung store influenced by Dubai’s signage. 180 m2 The marquee store presented with a slanted exterior, reflected a Dubai based design. It was decided based on visibility criteria where the shop’s beautiful grey and black interior can be seen from across both sides of the long carrefour hall. The furniture integrating with the products and video walls is truly a sight to behold in the high-end brand shop.

Reflecting the german efficiency, We have established the German sanitary fittings manufacturer Grohe’s section inside of Abd El Aziz ElSallab mall. One of the more aesthetically aimed companies, Grohe are the perfect example of a company looking to incorporate stellar designs and product presentation. A stellar example would be the Grohe section at this location. One of many sections we have collaborated with Grohe to produce, this one, shows the dedication put towards producing a truly appealing shopping experience for the brand’s followers.

The 36-stores chain covering five different governorates, Metro, had gone through a recent brand face-lift and renovation. This included one of its oldest branches in Musaddak, serving a wide range of customers in downtown and Mohandessin areas. Being involved in renovating the metro brand has been a privilege and a challenge. Starting with Metro Mussadaq. The renewal of the whole style and the brand was handled brilliantly along with the metro team, producing a wonderful shopping experience for customers of the Mohandeseen area .

Located in Giza, part of the global Sky Investments, and known for their rich legacy between the telecommunication entities. Sky Distribution assigned us for a very special office space, to widen its capacity. The 200 m2 office space was designed to fit in 40 employees with two meeting rooms. The execution had to be flawless to allow for full functionality. With a complete transparent glass theme, aiming for transparency (while preserving privacy), as well as, expansion of space, this project presented a challenge. It was delivered before deadline with few hinderances and plenty of praise.

Building another showroom among their 75 branches, B.Tech MegaStore at mall of Egypt had to be something special. We proudly built signage in high quality post form, tailored furniture and all the construction. The 692 m² retail store had a very tight schedule, with the project to be completed concurrently with the grand opening of Mall Of Egypt. As with most of our clients the furniture was custom made by our company to fit the proposed design. The signage was made from high-quality post-form and installed utilizing an iron sub-ceiling of two layers to handle the weight of the material. In addition, the interior was covered matching the exterior guaranteeing the continuity and richness of the gallery. Works also Included but were not limited to; HVAC, Fire Alarm System, Data System, Plumbing (inhouse) , shutter doors, Flooring, Electricity (inhouse), and gypsum board cladding.

The store presented with the design and the execution of the exterior facade back painted glass criteria where the shop’s outstanding grey and black interior can be seen from across both sides of the hall. Premeditated that the unification of the products and the interior design cooperated with each other. Apart from the obstacles faced , it was made sure that the shop was delivered on time as guaranteed.
