The challenge with the three-month project was to build a 4-floor store for Raya. We were assigned to plan and execute the project. And after the civil inspection and report conducted, we were able to deliver a fully integrated solution, including signage, tempered glass façade, 4-floors staircase built from scratch and all fit-out and decor. The 4 floor 600 m2 retail store possesses a 12mm tempered glass Façade of almost 10 meters in height. The staircase in this gallery had to be made from scratch, therefore, after the civil inspection & report conducted by our company the entire staircase covering 4 floors was manufactured on site using iron composite sections due to the time constraint. The project has been a hallmark of the street as the signage can be observed miles ahead from each direction, especially at night. Works also Included but were not limited to; HVAC, Fire Alarm System, Data System, Plumbing (inhouse) , shutter doors, Flooring, Electricity (inhouse), furniture production and installation, and gypsum board cladding.

The store was designed and executed based on a European style guideline, which included architectural and furniture works. The gallery is two stories high and had to have a stair case demolished and re-built, which was done using iron sections and covered in marble afterwards. Works also Included but were not limited to; HVAC, Fire Alarm System, Data System, Plumbing (inhouse) , shutter doors, Flooring, Electricity (inhouse), furniture production and installation, and gypsum board cladding.

El Araby group expands its exposure to open a branch in City Stars mall. Covering 490 m², LEVEL ONE GROUP were able to hand over the project in 3 months. Covering 490 m², El Araby’s (Toshiba) was finished in 3 months, with the ceiling in particular requiring special attention due to the connection between the lighting fixtures and the ceiling grooves. The furniture was also custom made by our company while the finishing quality was, as usual, up to the standards of a mall like city stars. Works also Included but was not limited to; HVAC, Fire Alarm System, Data System, Plumbing (inhouse) , shutter doors, Flooring, Electricity (inhouse), furniture production and installation, and gypsum board cladding, etc.

One of the leading fashionable leather producers in town, Choice, trusted us with their brand new branch in City Stars mall. In two months, LEVEL ONE GROUP were able to hand over Choice store giving it a prestigious wooden feel associated with the items being sold which was necessary to appeal to the customer. The furniture production and installation in Choice were of a special nature as the wooden theme of the furniture would suggest. Manufactured and installed by our company, the feel of prestige associated with the items being sold was necessary to appeal to the customers of the brand. Works also Included but was not limited to; HVAC, Fire Alarm System, Data System, Plumbing (inhouse) , shutter doors, Flooring, Electricity (inhouse), furniture production and installation, and gypsum board cladding.

The Mall of Egypt Raya store was finished with the highest quality of materials and workers. The project was delivered to the standard of Majid Al Futaim consultants.

A one of a kind collaboration between Raya and Samsung gave this store a special flavor in every detail, raising the standards in the business and introducing a new definition of joint stores interior. A collaboration between Samsung and Raya, this shop had to show the grandiose nature of the partnership. The design and the execution of the exterior façade had to be up to the standard reflecting these two companies. The interior was no small task either, with several complications arising with re-enforcement and tight spaces. The store was delivered on schedule presenting a new standard in the business.
